• ​Twinmotion/Lumion Specialist: While often self-taught, many firms now look for specific portfolio-backed experience in these real-time "render-as-you-go" engines.
• ​AI for Architecture (Certificates): New courses (like those from IE School of Architecture) are emerging that teach how to use AI for rapid 3D massing and site analysis.
