Role Description

Experience : 3-7 years.

This is a full-time role for an 3D Architecture and interior visualizer(lumion and D5 render) at our office located at One Lodha Place, Lower Parel Mumbai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations to convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other project teams to accurately represent design intent and meet project requirements.
• Utilize 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering software, such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, and AutoCAD.
• Perform post-production work, often using software like Photoshop, to enhance and finalize images.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software advancements, and visualization techniques.
• Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials.

Required qualifications and skills

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality renders.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion,D5 render).
• Strong understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering pipelines.
