Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative B.Arch graduate to support architectural design, planning, and project development. The role involves preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, participating in site visits, and assisting in the execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop concept designs, presentations, and architectural models.
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Vray or similar tools.
Assist in creating working drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.
Conduct site visits, measure existing conditions, and support project supervision.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams.
Research materials, building codes, sustainable design strategies, and project trends.
Support project managers in documentation, client presentations, and approval processes.
Ensure all designs comply with building bylaws, NBC standards, and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building systems.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, etc.
Good understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a collaborative environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Knowledge of sustainable design / green building concepts.
Experience with BIM workflows and documentation.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Portfolio showcasing academic or professional projects.
Work Environment
Showroom-based role with occasional site visits.
Collaboration with design teams, consultants, and contractors.
Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Salary
30000 – 35000 per month (with all statutory benefits) & Travelling expenses (As per actual)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹44,295.45 per month
