We’re Hiring: Designers I–III | Architecture
Are you passionate about shaping spaces that improve lives? Whether you’re just starting your career or ready to take on complex design challenges, we’re growing our Architecture team and looking for Designers (I, II, and III levels) to join us.
From concept through construction, our designers collaborate to bring healthcare and senior living environments to life — places that make a lasting impact on communities.
What You’ll Do

Depending on your level of experience, you’ll:
  • Design & Document – Create conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents using Revit (BIM).
  • Collaborate – Work with Project Designers and Project Architects to ensure plans, schedules, and details meet design standards, codes, and project goals.
  • Problem-Solve – Investigate design challenges, evaluate solutions, and recommend approaches that balance creativity, constructability, and compliance.
  • Mentor & Lead (Designer III) – Guide junior team members, review documents for consistency with design intent, and help drive quality across projects.
What We’re Looking For
  • A degree in Architecture (Associate’s required; accredited degree preferred).
  • Designer I: 1–3 years of architectural experience; proficiency in Revit; pursuing licensure preferred.
  • Designer II: Several years of experience producing construction documents for complex projects; ability to make independent design decisions.
  • Designer III: Significant architectural experience leading BIM efforts on large projects; proven ability to mentor others and solve complex design issues.
