Architecture Engineer

Location: Oman (Salalah / Muscat)

We are looking for a talented Architecture Engineer with strong experience in the Omani market and consultancy field to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural design, project coordination, and professional 3D visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural design & detailed drawings
• 3D modeling and high-quality visualization (interior & exterior)
• Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and proposals
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities
• Site visits & design supervision when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in architectural consultancy in Oman
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling tools (Revit / 3ds Max / SketchUp / Lumion / AutoCAD / Photoshop)
• Knowledge of Oman building regulations & municipality submissions
• Strong creativity, technical detailing & communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in villa and commercial projects
• Knowledge in visualization and rendering workflows
• Portfolio of previous work (mandatory to share)
