Architecture Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Design Integration:

- Collaborate with architects to ensure building aesthetics and functionality align with structural integrity and building systems.

2. Structural Analysis:

- Ensure buildings are structurally sound and comply with safety codes and regulations.

3. Systems Coordination:

- Integrate mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), lighting, fire safety, and HVAC systems into architectural plans.

4. Project Management:

- Oversee construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

5. Sustainability & Energy Efficiency:

- Apply green building practices, recommend energy-efficient systems and materials.

6. Code Compliance:

- Ensure all designs meet local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

7. Technical Documentation:

- Prepare and review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
