Architecture Engineers

• Job Description:

• Conduct site inspections and evaluations of all civil and architectural elements including structural components, façades, ceilings, walls, flooring, and building finishes.

• Support the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all civil and architectural works.

• Coordinate with contractors to assess, resolve, and document structural and cosmetic defects.

• Verify compliance of repair works and finishes with project specifications, material submittals, and quality standards.

• Document all inspection findings and update asset records within CMMS (e.g., MAXIMO).

• Assist in reviewing contractor proposals, method statements, and shop drawings.

• Participate in site handovers, audits, and punch list verification for civil and architectural scopes.

• Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety protocols during inspection and reporting activities.

• Provide feedback to the Civil & Architecture Section Head and support project-wide improvement initiatives.

• Ensure architectural aesthetics and finishing standards are maintained in line with Haram operational requirements.

• Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil and architectural works, particularly in high-traffic or religious/public infrastructure.

• Proficient in building inspections, defect reporting, and construction documentation.

• Familiar with CMMS platforms, material specifications, and safety regulations.

• Ability to read architectural drawings and execute visual assessments.

• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Required Years of Experience:

5-10 years

• Preferred Professional Certifications:

Registered Civil Engineer or Architect, LEED Green Associate preferred
