Architecture Foreman

Job Description:

The Architecture Foreman will oversee and coordinate the execution of architectural works on construction sites, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and according to project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of skilled workers and subcontractors in carrying out architectural tasks.
• Ensure that construction work complies with architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve on-site issues.
• Inspect work to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any site modifications.
• Provide on-site training and support to the team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an Architecture Foreman or similar role in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, materials, and construction techniques.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Relevant diploma or certification in architecture, construction management, or a related field preferred.
