ARCHITECTURE TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing technical coordination, ensuring design accuracy, and supporting project execution from design to site implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct technical design reviews across projects
• Coordinate architectural design and BIM priorities with internal and external teams
• Review and approve shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure full compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations
• Provide support for site technical queries and resolve design-related issues
• Monitor and manage material and drawing approval status
• Identify, address, and escalate technical issues to management when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in architectural technical roles (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, BIM coordination, and construction detailing
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and authority requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in façade / aluminum / glazing projects is an advantage
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
