Architecture telecaller

• Handle Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and answer inbound calls from interested parties.
• Promote Services: Clearly explain the company's architectural, interior design, and construction services to clients.
• Generate and Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, generate interest, and qualify them as potential customers for the sales team.
• Schedule Meetings: Fix and coordinate meetings or site visits for senior staff or the design team.
• Maintain Records: Accurately record customer interactions, update client details, and manage lead progress in a CRM system or database.
• Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Meet Targets: Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes, lead generation, and conversions.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
