Architecture–Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop landscape design concepts that complement architectural designs
• Prepare site analysis, master plans, layouts, and detailed drawings
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, planners, and other team members
• Actively support and assist team members to ensure smooth project workflow
• Contribute ideas, feedback, and solutions during team discussions and design reviews
• Select appropriate plants, materials, and site elements based on climate, sustainability, and project requirements
• Produce 2D drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations
• Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, and coordinate with contractors
• Assist the team during construction phases to ensure design intent is achieved
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive, cooperative working environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
• Understanding of architectural and landscape design principles
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
