SPERI UAE , is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the Architecture and Interior Design Dubai hub.

The ideal candidate must have these requirements:

• Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with significant involvement in hospitality projects
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
• Design development detailed documentation, and project coordination
• Demonstrated experience in sustainable design
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently

The resource will be involved in the following activities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop design solutions that meet client specifications and sustainability goals
• Lead the design and execution of hospitality projects ensuring integration of sustainable practices
• Engage with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to facilitate project delivery

Will be positively evaluated Credentials in LEED, BREEAM, or equivalent.
