Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Archiving Associate
to support our records management and documentation processes. The role focuses on hands-on archiving tasks and ensuring accurate, well-maintained records.
Main Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)

Handle core archiving tasks, including labeling, filing, documentation, and data entry.

Support the operational, hands-on workload of the archive.

Maintain organized physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

Ensure documents are properly stored in line with internal standards.

Assist with related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications

0–2 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle hands-on and operational tasks efficiently.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
