Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with proven experience in engineering consultancy projects in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for architectural design development, authority submissions, coordination, and site support for G+4 and G+5 building projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and project requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Planning

• Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for G+4 / G+5 buildings.
• Develop space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, and finishing details.
• Ensure designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, and project specifications.

Drawings & Documentation

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, details, and specifications.
• Coordinate with drafting teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and samples related to architectural works.

Authority Submissions & Coordination

• Prepare and submit architectural drawings and documents for Dubai Municipality / relevant authority approvals.
• Address authority comments and revise designs accordingly.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other discipline engineers to avoid design clashes.

Site Support & Quality

• Provide technical support during construction and respond to site queries.
• Conduct site visits to ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in resolving architectural issues during construction while maintaining design intent.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience with an Engineering Consultancy.
• Hands-on experience in G+4 / G+5 building projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and approval processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and architectural design software.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
