We are seeking a highly experienced Area Director to lead and oversee major building construction projects across the United Arab Emirates. This senior leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in managing large-scale developments, driving project excellence, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple construction projects within the region

• Oversee planning, execution, budgeting, and quality management of building works

• Ensure alignment with project timelines, cost targets, and safety standards

• Manage client relationships and act as senior point of contact for stakeholders

• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and engineering teams

• Drive risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 15+ years of experience in building construction, with at least 10 years in a senior or director-level role

• Proven experience managing large commercial, residential, villas, or mixed-use projects

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Previous UAE or GCC project experience highly preferred
