Description

Schedule personnel to ensure adequate coverage at all times.

Work a minimum of 32 hours per week on-site.

Minimize non-billable overtime by scheduling efficiently.

Cover shifts as needed for call-outs, emergencies, or shortages.

Oversee Site Supervisors and provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to assigned guards.

Conduct initial training for new personnel and coordinate badging when required.

Perform all regular duties expected of a guard assigned to client facilities, when necessary.

Conduct interviews for guard candidates and coordinate with HR on hiring decisions.

Notify HR of potential staffing gaps or excess overtime.

Conduct quarterly performance reviews for assigned guards, counsel based on findings, and issue disciplinary action in accordance with company policy.

Conduct random spot checks to ensure compliance with client and company policies.

Serve as the primary point of contact between Falken Operations, clients, and the guards under your supervision.

Attend on-site and virtual meetings as required.

Maintain and update Falken-Client information and call lists.

Coordinate with logistics to ensure guards are properly uniformed and equipped.

Report violations of company policy by assigned personnel and take corrective action per Falken Operations directives.

Submit a weekly brief with important information (turnover, scheduled time off, concerns, etc)
Requirements

Ability to maintain required secret clearance level.
Compensation details:
50000-60000 Yearly Salary
