Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee business development efforts, identifying new opportunities in target markets through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze pipeline health, and generate forecasts for executive reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and proposals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, management, or business development within B2B environments, preferably in technology or technical sales sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive results through effective management practices.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts, conducting negotiations, and closing complex deals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting sales data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales enablement is a plus.
