Area Installations Manager – Licensed Master Plumber State of Kentucky

With growth comes a great opportunity, and we are excited to share an opening on our New Bath Today Team as the Area Installation Manager/ Licensed Master Plumber.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer-Centric Installations: Ensure all aspects of customer installations are managed with excellence, from installer contact to project completion.
· Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship and oversee quality control metrics, including NPS/Guild score performance.
· Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate up to 25 installation crews, ensuring they are well-trained, accountable, and supported.
· Installer Capacity: Coordinate with Production team to maximize scheduling, manage monthly installer availability.
· Inventory and Warehouse Management: Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of products, while maintaining safety and efficiency in the warehouse.
· Customer Communication: Maintain consistent and clear communication with customers and office throughout the installation period to ensure their satisfaction.
· Problem Solving: Act as the primary field contact for addressing and resolving any issues that arise before, during or after the installation process.
· Work with local municipalities to ensure that the proper permits are pulled for jobs.
· Travel to and meet with various municipalities on an as needed basis.
· Represent New Bath Today in Kentucky as the Plumbing License holder.
· Meet with local officials for final plumbing inspections when necessary.
Earnings: This is an exempt position.
Salary range: $95,000 – $105,000/year.

Schedule:
· Primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as business requires.

Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· An Active Master Plumbers License for the State of Kentucky.
· 3+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation project management, preferably in a bathroom setting.
· Proven track record of recruiting, training, and coaching subcontractors.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally as required.
· Legally authorized to work in the United States.
· Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements:

Physical Demands:
Lifting and Carrying: Must be able to lift, carry, and move materials and tools weighing up to 75 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Standing and Walking: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per day).
Reaching and Handling: Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling to access confined or hard-to-reach spaces during demolition and installation.
Climbing: Ability to climb ladders and work on elevated surfaces (such as step stools or scaffolding) when needed.
Manual Dexterity: Must have the hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity needed to handle hand tools, power tools, and small parts.
Vision: Must have sufficient visual acuity to read blueprints, measure accurately, and assess quality of workmanship.
Hearing and Communication: Must be able to hear warning signals, communicate effectively with team members and clients, and follow verbal instructions.
Environmental Conditions: Must be able to work in varying conditions such as heat, cold, dust, moisture, and loud environments commonly found on job sites.
