About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and experienced AreaManager to lead the performance of around 20 retail stores across Northern Ireland, overseeing a team of Cluster Managers. Based in Belfast, this is a key leadership role focused on driving sales, developing teams, and ensuring consistent operational excellence across the region.

Area Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and support Cluster Managers to exceed sales and service targets

• Monitor and analyse sales, stock and performance data, driving improvements

• Ensure high standards in merchandising, store presentation, and compliance

• Recruit, train, and develop store teams, supporting internal progression

• Work closely with Head Office teams including Marketing, HR and Finance
