Area Manager

Position: Area Manager – Wellness & Massage Therapy Centers
Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi (multiple branches)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple branches of our Beijing Wellness Massage Therapy Centers. The candidate must have a background in wellness, spa, or hospitality industry and strong experience managing teams and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple centers
• Lead, supervise and support branch managers and staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets
• Implement company policies, SOPs and quality standards
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance and performance management
• Coordinate promotions, marketing activities and new branch openings
• Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and company policies

Requirements:

• Experience as Area Manager / Multi-branch Supervisor (2–4 years)
• Background in Wellness, Massage Center, Spa, or Hospitality (mandatory)
• UAE Driving License and own transportation (must)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of branch operations and customer service
• Ability to handle multicultural teams
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or Chinese is an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
