About the Role – Area Manager:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple private facilities and retail locations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational background and a client-first mindset, who thrives in a high-end service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high service standards across all locations.
• Supervise and guide retail, sales, administration, and operations teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Maintain exceptional client relations, ensuring that all client needs are anticipated and met with discretion.
• Coordinate mobile and multi-site operations to ensure smooth service delivery across different facilities.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.

Profile / Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or multi-site operations management .
• Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong operations management skills with an ability to lead teams effectively.
• Client-focused, proactive, and capable of maintaining discretion in all interactions.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
