Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Oversee store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth.
- Train, mentor, and supervise store managers to enhance team performance.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure cost control across stores.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
- Oversee inventory management to minimize variances and stock discrepancies.
- Conduct regular financial and stock audits to maintain transparency.
- Represent the Central region in Profit and Loss (P&L) meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing multiple retail locations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
