Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Oversee store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise store managers to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure cost control across stores.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
  • Oversee inventory management to minimize variances and stock discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular financial and stock audits to maintain transparency.
  • Represent the Central region in Profit and Loss (P&L) meetings, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing multiple retail locations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
