Area Manager - CF

Role Responsibility

1. Conduct personal discussions with the customer to understand the business model, strategy, past performance, business modelling etc.
2. Regular market updates with competition benchmarking
3. Preparation of summary document on overall borrower profile and project for credit evaluation
4. Evaluate primary evaluation of project budgets, timelines, and milestones to ensure alignment with financial objectives and market standards.
5. Managing existing portfolio with borrowers and identifying new business opportunities
6. Research and analyse market trends, industry benchmarks, and regulatory requirements relevant to funding.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional to assist in deal closure, audit queries closure, assistance in system development.
8. Assist in the due diligence process for potential investments, including reviewing legal documents, technical and necessary legal drafting.
9. Assisting with credit, legal, technical, and ops teams on ongoing construction Finance Portfolio, track financial performance, and identify potential risks

Qualification & experience

MBA/CA

2-5 years of experience
