Build and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade outlets, including store managers, retail chains, and category buyers.
Ensure consistent product availability, proper stock rotation, and expiry management across assigned outlets.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for designated Modern Trade accounts.
Negotiate product placements, shelf space allocation, display agreements, and promotional activities.
Execute trade campaigns, promotional programs, and in-store activations effectively.
Monitor competitor activities and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
Maintain planogram compliance and ensure strong in-store visibility through proper merchandising standards.
Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain and Distribution teams to ensure smooth product delivery and replenishment.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback for management review.
Supervise and support merchandisers or promoters to ensure operational efficiency (if applicable)
Education:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in Chemical Industries, Packaged Food/Beverage, Group of Companies, FMCG Manufacturing, Toiletries, or Wholesale sectors.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
