Area Manager – Development & Operations

Role Overview

As an Area Manager – Development & Operations, you will play a dual role of driving business development and ensuring smooth operational excellence across preschools in your assigned region. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to the growth and success of both the brand and our franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new franchise partners to expand the preschool network.
• Support franchise owners in setting up and launching new centers.
• Conduct regular operational audits and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Guide and train franchise partners and staff on curriculum implementation, safety, and quality standards.
• Drive enrollments and admissions through local marketing and outreach activities.
• Act as a bridge between the corporate office and franchise partners for seamless communication and support.
• Monitor performance metrics and assist centers in achieving their business and operational goals.
• Coordinate and support with existing centers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in franchise management, preschool/education sector, or service industry (preferred).
• Strong understanding of both business development and operations management.
• Experience in franchise sales and handling the lunch of new centres after acquisition.
