DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operational Excellence:

  • Exceed Company operational targets by maintaining consistency in operations, product delivery, and customer service.
  • Regularly review key business indicators to identify challenges, opportunities for improvement and achieve operational goals.

2. Profitability:

  • Achieve site budgeted or forecasted profit targets by effectively managing direct costs.
  • Oversee financial and sales performance of your teams to ensure they meet or exceed targets.

3. Business Strategy

  • Set clear goals and objectives for stores in your area.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to maximize efficiency.
  • Identify and address operational bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
  • Create and submit reports to upper management to track progress and outcomes.

4. Customer Focus:

  • Elevate existing service levels and establish quality standards that consistently deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Manage customer feedback and maintain high service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Area Manager or similar role.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in store operations management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software
