Area Manager for Beautiful Mobile Home Communities - Paradise CA

Paradise Ridge LLC is currently recruiting for a superstar Area Property Manager to oversee three beautiful communities in the Paradise region. A critical role for each property is the job of an Area Manager.

Applicants should be self-motivated, show initiative, reliable, responsible, communicate well, and be able to multi-task. Applicants that have experience in property management or mobile home park operations is required. Having knowledge of basic office computer platforms and software is mandatory. Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish) communicators are a plus but not required. The job of the Area Manager is an important one as you are the primary person in charge of resident (customer) accounts and concerns.

Daily Duties of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Renting and/or Selling both new and used POH inventory of homes in communities
  • Conducting property tours and showing homes
  • Building relationships with prospects
  • Ability to manage the installation process of new homes
  • Inspection of new homes using rmAppSuite Pro app
  • Maintain frequent communication with buyers and internal staff as needed to ensure transactions progress and close effectively
  • Collaborate with Operations staff to ensure that park owned homes are maintained in presentable and desirable condition for sales
  • Market inventory through Craigslist, Facebook, and other marketing sources
  • Execute marketing activities and events to create and drive traffic to property and increase home sales
  • Completion of all rental lease paperwork
  • Participation on weekly sales calls
  • Updating the Sales Status in RM
  • Enforcing park rules and regulations
  • Answering phones
  • Executing signings of rental agreements
  • Working with Rent Manager management software
  • Collecting and depositing rent payments via check scanner
  • Moving residents in and out
  • Basic accounting and balancing
  • Servicing the residents of the community as your customers
  • Working with and communicating with a regional manager for effective community management
  • Working using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word & Excel, Management Software, email, scanners, fax, and other basic office tools
  • Miscellaneous office administrative work, etc

Requirements:

  • Previous MH or Multifamily (min 2 years)
  • Must have reliable registered transportation.
  • Must have valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
  • Compensation will start between $22.00-24.00 per hour dependent on work experience. In addition there are opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Opportunities for career growth.
