Position Overview:
As a Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue, building lasting partnerships, and expanding our client base within the greater Phoenix area. Key Responsibilities:

- Build Relationships: Develop and nurture connections with key referral partners, families, and community organizations to expand our reach and reputation.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with our executive team to create and execute a growth strategy that aligns with company goals and maximizes market potential.
- Community Engagement: Represent our company at community events, networking functions, and industry meetings to boost our visibility and drive brand loyalty.
- Sales Leadership: Set and exceed ambitious sales targets, leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise to inspire and lead a team focused on growth.
