Position Overview:

As a Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue, building lasting partnerships, and expanding our client base within the greater Phoenix area. We’re seeking someone who isn’t just looking for a job but is ready to invest in their future. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral sources in the home care industry, positioning us as the go-to provider in our area.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture connections with key referral partners, families, and community organizations to expand our reach and reputation.
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with our executive team to create and execute a growth strategy that aligns with company goals and maximizes market potential.
  • Community Engagement: Represent our company at community events, networking functions, and industry meetings to boost our visibility and drive brand loyalty.
  • Sales Leadership: Set and exceed ambitious sales targets, leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise to inspire and lead a team focused on growth.
