Area Manager (Microfinance)

AGAHE PAKISTAN is seeking a competent professional for the position of Area Manager for Microfinance Operations. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing branches operations, ensuring portfolio quality, compliance, and achievement of business targets within the assigned area.

Locations: Lahore, Multan, Chishtian, Bahawalpur

Job Description:

• Ensure loan disbursements are carried out strictly in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Monitor recovery performance across assigned branches to ensure achievement of recovery and disbursement targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to support and strengthen team efforts to get maximum productivity.
• Provide guidance and support for handling critical situations
• Ensure high standards of business quality, transparency, and ethical practices across all branches.
• Identify early warning signs of potential risks and timely corrective measures.
• Ensure strict compliance with organizational SOPs, internal controls, regulatory guidelines and AML / CFT guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch teams to enhance performance and productivity.
• Support team building, staff development, and on-the-job coaching to strengthen operational capacity.

Required Qualification:

Minimum Graduation (Masters Degree Preferred)

Required Experience:

Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Microfinance Industry including 3 years of experience at lower management position.
