Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Area / Territory Manager for our Hyderabad operations. The role involves managing multi-location operations, ensuring client deliverables, optimizing costs, and driving business growth while maintaining high service standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
- Manage day-to-day operations across assigned locations in Hyderabad.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational discipline at all client sites.
- Monitor operational expenses, optimize manpower utilization, and minimize losses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client SOPs.
Team Hiring & Management
- Recruit manpower as per client requirements within defined TAT.
- Lead, guide, and monitor supervisors and on-ground teams.
- Coordinate daily with client stakeholders and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Address manpower gaps, absenteeism, and performance issues proactively.
Performance & Client Deliverables
- Achieve client-defined KPIs with zero escalations or callouts.
- Ensure same-day closure of RTS and pending cash collections.
- Submit daily operational and closing reports to the Reporting Manager.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of daily attendance and payroll data to the Accounts team.
Business Growth & Reporting
- Drive consistent month-on-month business growth as a key KPI.
- Prepare and analyze P&L statements, financial models, and KPI dashboards.
- Implement cost-optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support business expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in operations or area management roles
- Strong people management and client-handling skills
- Good knowledge of Hyderabad operational zones and manpower market
- Financial acumen with exposure to P&L and cost control
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and nearby locations
