An Area Manager (Operations) for outlets drives regional performance by overseeing multiple store locations, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving sales targets. They are responsible for auditing brand standards, managing budgets, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and mentoring store managers to improve customer experience and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Compliance: Conduct regular, detailed store visits to ensure compliance with operational, health, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
• Performance Management: Analyze sales data, financial reports, and KPIs to identify trends, optimize profitability, and create strategies for growth.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to enhance performance and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels, labor costs, and operational expenditures to minimize expenses.
• Goal Setting & Reporting: Define and implement performance goals (targets) for each outlet and report on regional performance to senior management.
• Issue Resolution: Actively resolve operational challenges, customer complaints, and staffing issues
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience (usually 5+ years) in retail, hospitality, or restaurant operations management, with experience managing multiple locations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
