We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager (Specialty Coffee) to join a leading organisation in the food and beverage sector. This is a Full-Time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a profound understanding of the specialty coffee industry and a proven track record in multi-site management. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and brand consistency across a portfolio of specialty coffee shops in your designated area. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple coffee shops, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Store Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales and profitability by analysing financial reports, managing budgets, and implementing effective strategies to control costs and maximise revenue.
- Uphold the highest standards of coffee quality, beverage preparation, and presentation across all locations.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience is consistently delivered, addressing customer feedback and actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and minimise waste.
- Guarantee that all stores comply with local health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and support store teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a multi-site management role, such as an Area Manager or Cluster Manager, preferably within the specialty coffee or premium hospitality sector.
- A genuine passion for and deep knowledge of specialty coffee, including brewing methods, bean origins, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with demonstrable experience in managing P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driving licence and the willingness to travel frequently within the Riyadh area.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
