About Chemist Box Private Limited: Chemist Box Private Limited, a prominent multi-outlet retail pharmacy chain in Bihar, With 14-15 physical stores with massive expansion plan.

Position: Area Operations Manager.

Location: Patna, Bihar


Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent

Job Description: The Multi-Store Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple offline pharmacy stores within our organization. This role will require effective leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to ensuring the highest level of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Process Setup, training & Review.

Set up all Process from branch opening to closing.

Processes also include inventory, store & employee timing, audit, marketing, performance, offers etc.

The training process concerns people in the store or head office.

Review process at regular intervals for improvements.

Operational Oversight:

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of all pharmacy stores.

Ensure that each store is adequately staffed, and schedules are optimised for efficiency.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.

Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and pharmacy staff.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among store employees.

Customer Service:

Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues.

Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Compliance and Regulation :

Ensure that all pharmacies adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements.

Conduct regular compliance audits and take corrective actions as needed.

Financial Management:

Monitor and analyse store financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.

Develop and execute strategies to improve store profitability.

Inventory Management:

Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Monitor expiration dates and manage product recalls if necessary.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on store performance, financial metrics, and operational KPIs.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management.



Requirements

Education & Experience Qualification

MBA; Post Graduate Dip in Management.

Three years plus experience in managing multiple stores.
