We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Area Parts Service Coordinator to lead parts operations and support equipment service in our Shaker Division. This role requires hands-on mechanical knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to keep inventory, paperwork, and service personnel aligned to deliver reliable results for our customers.

- Preparation of timecards/work orders/reports etc. are to be done in a timely manner.
- Oversee maintenance of accurate parts inventory according to company protocols.
- Process all paperwork related to parts sales and equipment services in an accurate and timely manner.
- Extensive knowledge of equipment service and repairs.
- Ability to interact with customers.
- Ability to manage service personnel.
- Ability to train service personnel in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Ability to manage paperwork.
- Pass drug test paid for by the company
- Must have a valid Class A California Driver’s License.
- Vocational-related coursework or equivalent experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Lifting/stacking/loading/installing/racking of parting weighing up to 100lbs 1-2 times per day.
- Working environment can be dirty/hot/cold/wet/noisy.
- Knowledge of all safety equipment deemed necessary by Management.
- Knowledge of proper handling of chemicals deemed hazardous by the State of California.
- Work mandatory overtime as assigned.
- Ability to independently assess for the quickest and best repair procedures.
- Ability to ask questions about proper repair procedures if they are not known.
- Ability to assure proper and safe operation of Company equipment and vehicles.
- Ability to assure proper and safe operation of customer’s equipment
