Area Project Control Manager

As an Area Project Control Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring across multiple construction sites. You’ll ensure that project performance aligns with budgets, timelines, and company objectives, while providing accurate reports and forecasts to support decision-making. By coordinating with project teams and management, your expertise will drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and secure the successful delivery of projects within your assigned area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assign area projects’ resources and set performance KPI’s, evaluate and manage overall team performance.

• Report on the business indicators and KPI’s for the area projects’ management adopting Power BI.

• Intervene, review in area projects’ bassline when needed and set the internal target with the projects’ manager and the upper management.

• Oversee the delay analysis and EOT before submission.

• Overlook cost reports and analysis and guide or propose actions.

• Monitor cash management follow up for collection and the expected cash out per quarter.

• Intervene with finance to review the POC, document cost, ensure the estimate cost and regularly analyze business development and advise the top management to support decision making.

• Manage the reporting digital transformation and engage in the customization for the ERP enhancement.

• Supervise the self-execution department by evaluating the performance, set KPI’s, monitor time schedules with the tender department and supervise procurement and purchasing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering.

• 12+ years of relevant experience.

• Project Management (PRMG) – PMP is a plus.

• Site experience is a plus.
