Community Access Services is seeking flexible and dedicated Area Relief Job Coach to provide support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across multiple locations. What is an Area Relief Job Coach? As an Area Relief Job Coach, you’ll step in where you’re needed most, covering shifts at various locations to ensure uninterrupted support for the individuals we serve. Your flexibility and willingness to work in different settings will make a meaningful impact!

What You’ll Do as a Job Coach:

  • Provide one-on-one support to individuals in their workplace to help them succeed on the job.

  • Collaborate with employers to build inclusive and supportive work environments.

  • Encourage independence, confidence, and self-advocacy.

  • Document progress and follow individualized support plans.

  • Support individuals in building professional and social connections.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in job coaching required

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to be approved as a company driver.

  • Pass a national background check.

  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and patience.

  • Ability to adapt to different workplace settings and provide guidance in real-time.
