Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Retail Supervisor located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Area Retail Supervisor will oversee store operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and execute sales strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, coordinating with store supervisors and staff, providing training and guidance to store staff, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining consistent store presentation and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and performance metrics
• Excellent Communication skills for effective team and customer interactions
• Experience in Retail operations and sales.
• Proven Customer Service and Sales abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing multiple store locations is a plus
• Valid driving license and car
