Job Description

As an Area Sales & Application Engineer, you will provide technical support for Piab products in Turkey and support customers through various channels. Your role includes handling complaints, preparing quotations, and supporting trade fairs. You will also be responsible for training, creating and presenting webinars, translating manuals, and supporting marketing activities.

Main responsibilities:

· Technical support via phone and email.

· Conduct regular customer visits and identify business opportunities.

· Conducting internal tests and on-site tests at customer locations.

· Handling complaints for Piab products.

· Creating and managing quotations for Piab items in Turkey.

· Planning, installing, and supporting trade fair demos.

· Following up on quotations.

· Product training in our piUNIVERSITY.

· Translating manuals and supporting marketing activities.

Requirements:

· University degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent field.

· Strong technical understanding.

· Hands-on experience.

· Good presentation skills.

· Well-organized and detail-oriented.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the automation industry.

· Experience in vacuum technology is advantageous.

· Problem-solving mindset.

· Good command of English, both spoken and written.

· Class B driving license.

· CRM experience, especially with Salesforce.

· Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
