What We Are Looking For:
- Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 12–15 years of progressive experience in retail sales and business development, with at least 6–8 years in a senior leadership capacity within the financial services, Banking, Asset Management, insurance, or Takaful sector.
- Demonstrated success in driving large-scale business growth, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and expanding market footprint.
- Deep knowledge of the Market, with established connections in the retail, HNWI, SMEs, corporate, and affluent segments.
- Proven capability to lead and develop multi-tier sales teams, foster performance-driven culture, and develop future leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills with a track record of delivering sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead regional business strategy to achieve ambitious sales, revenue, and market share objectives.
- Drive the expansion of retail distribution networks across assigned territory.
- Oversee sales operations, productivity, and profitability, ensuring alignment with national sales objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and empower large, geographically dispersed sales teams to deliver superior performance.
- Build strategic partnerships with institutions, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals to maximize business opportunities.
- Implement performance management frameworks, sales incentive structures, and career progression plans to strengthen retention and motivation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, recommending proactive strategies to maintain market leadership.
- Collaborate with senior management to design and execute marketing, product, and channel development initiatives.
- Represent the region in business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and cross functional coordination forums.
