Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Target Achievement
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Ensure consistent growth in primary and secondary sales.
  • Monitor SKU-wise performance and focus on high-margin products.
  • Distribution Management
  • Appoint and manage distributors and retailers in the assigned area.
  • Ensure proper stock availability, timely billing, and delivery.
  • Expand product reach by identifying new outlets and markets.
  • Market Development
  • Conduct market surveys to understand competitors’ pricing, offers, and visibility.
  • Support marketing and trade promotion activities.
  • Plan and execute in-shop promotions, sampling, and display programs.
  • Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
  • Resolve market issues related to supply, returns, or payments promptly.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain daily sales reports (DSR) and share them with the sales manager.
  • Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
  • Track and submit data on schemes, offers, and collections.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
