We are looking for a dynamic sales executive to work in the Valsad District market for the business development function, preferably with prior sales experience in the construction or building material industry.
The role includes working closely with Waterproofing Applicators, civil contractors, builders, developers, architects, consultants, and drive business in alignment with organization’s goals and objectives.
Primary responsibilities:
- Developing product-wise business plan for targeted sales & profitability.
- Identifying new markets and new customers for the products.
- Increasing market share of products.
- Branding of the company and its products, services and devices reach-out plan.
- Relationship building & retention plan for existing customers.
- Timely sales positions based on market intelligence.
- Identifying USP differentiators of the proprietary products and communicating to customers.
- Order risk review and manage risk-return ratio.
- Customer satisfaction and complaint redressal.
Qualification :
- Commerce graduate / MBA
- Any building material (cement/steel/paint/plumbing/Tiles) product selling experience.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Techno-commercial negotiation skills are more preferred.
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years.
Job Location:
- Entire Valsad District including Daman & Silvassa.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
