Area Sales Executive

Join our dynamic and rapidly growing pet food company as a Part-Time Field Sales Executive in Bangalore city area. This is a vital on-the-ground role responsible for establishing our brand presence in local pet stores and generating revenue. We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about sales and comfortable hitting the field daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Partner Acquisition: Visit and onboard new pet stores, veterinary clinics, and pet retailers within the assigned Bangalore territory.
• Product Sales & Promotion: Present our range of high-quality pet food products, secure orders, and ensure proper product display and visibility in all partner stores.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with store owners and staff to drive repeat business and maximize sales volume.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Compensation and Benefits

• Role Type: Part-Time
• Daily Wage: ₹1,000 per day
• Estimated Monthly Earnings: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 (Based on the number of days worked per month)
• Performance Incentives (Uncapped): Earn a generous 5% of the total monthly revenue you generate for the company. There is NO CAPPING on incentives, meaning your earning potential is limited only by your sales performance.
• Head Office Support: Direct operational and training support from our central team based in Bangalore.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous background in Field Sales (FMCG, D2C, or similar) is preferred, but Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
• Residency: Applicant must be a current resident of Bangalore.
• Mobility (Mandatory): Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and possess a valid driving license for daily field travel.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Kannada (optional), Hindi and English.
• Soft Skills: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
