Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and pitch company services effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and clients.
  • Coordinate with design, technical, and execution teams to ensure feasibility and clarity during the sales process.
  • Conduct site visits when required to understand scope and collect project details.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines to close deals.
  • Track sales pipelines, maintain documentation, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project-based sales (architecture, interiors, furniture, or related industries preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to understand design and execution workflows (added advantage).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable with site visits and travel, if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
