Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary & Secondary Sales: Driving sales targets by managing both primary sales (company to distributor) and secondary sales (distributor to retailer/end-user).
  • Market Expansion: Identifying and appointing new dealers, distributors, and retailers in the assigned territory.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Payment Follow-ups: Ensuring timely collection of payments and outstanding dues from distributors and retailers.
  • Market Intelligence: Providing regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales.
  • Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in the WPC, Plywood, Laminates, or Building Materials industry will be given high weightage.
  • Vehicle: Must own a Bike with a valid Driving License (Mandatory).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, convincing power, and a basic understanding of payment recovery cycles.

Remuneration:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
  • Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives and travel allowances as per company policy.
