Job Opening: Retail Sales Lead – Mobile / Telecom

We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Professional with 1+ year experience in retail or telecom/mobile sales. Location: Kottayam only.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a retail sales team to hit monthly targets

Oversee store operations: inventory, displays, reports

Train and support staff to boost product knowledge & performance

Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues

Track sales performance and drive conversions

Stay updated on mobile/telecom products

Qualification

1+ year hands-on retail/telecom/mobile sales experience

Graduate degree, strong communication & interpersonal skills

Leadership ability and a customer-first attitude

Candidates nearly from Muvattupuzha/ Perumbavoor area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
