We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to promote and sell sanitary products and plywood. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of building materials, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell sanitary products and plywood to customers.
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide product details, pricing, and recommendations as per customer needs.
- Maintain relationships with contractors, dealers, and local buyers.
- Follow up on leads, generate new business, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates.
- Ensure display arrangement and cleanliness of the showroom/products.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery of products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduation and MBA preferred.
- Prior experience in sanitary, hardware, plywood, or building material sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of product measurement, pricing, and stock handling.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
