Requirements

• 1+ year experience in retail / telecom / mobile sales
• Graduate with strong communication skills
• Leadership skills & customer-first mindset
• MBA freshers can also apply

Responsibilities

• Lead sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Manage store operations (inventory, displays, reports)
• Train staff to improve product knowledge & performance
• Handle customers & resolve issues
• Track sales & improve conversions
• Stay updated on mobile/telecom products

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
