Area Sales Executive

• Attend walk-in clients and handle inquiries related to flats and project details.
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and amenities clearly to customers.
• Conduct site visits and show sample flats to prospective buyers.
• Build strong relationships with clients and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Follow up regularly with potential customers to close sales.
• When there are no client visits, actively visit local markets, nearby areas, and commercial hubs to identify and generate potential leads.
• Distribute brochures and promote projects in the surrounding market.
• Maintain proper client data and update daily reports to management.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
