Area Sales Executive - Bathinda

SKN Hospitality and Food Works is pleased to launch their SPICES with the brand MASALA BABU.

We are hiring for a dynamic and passionate Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Delivery Professional for RETAIL BUSINESS with following details :

Designation : Area Sales Executive
Location : Bathinda -RURAL(Approx 20 to 25 Km Surroundings )

Experience : 6 Months Plus
Budget : 1.2 Lac Annually to 2.40 Lac Annually Plus fuel Reimbursement (Two Wheeler), Corporate Sim with Data and Incentives.

Industry : Spices/FMCG/Food and Beverage/Snacks/Edible Oil/Cookies/

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Responsible for building up RETAIL COVERAGE and maintaining excellent relationships with RETAILERS and ensuring SPICE SALES from them and following DELIVERY SCHEDULEof the respective orders.

(2) He shall identify NEW RETAILERS as in to increase market penetration ,visibility and roll out of trade schemes and other promotional campaigns.

(3) Responsible for ORDER GENERATION, TIMELY AND SAFE DELIVERY and achieving SALES TARGETS from RETAIL MARKET/*_NETWORK/OUTLET ONLY.*_

(4) Shall be achieving sales targets from the assigned area- Bathinda -RURAL ONLY (Approx 20 to 25 Km Surroundings )

(5) Responsible for sales cycle like identifying the prospects/leads, following up with them ,meeting them, understanding need/generating need, order generation, payment follow up and post sales relationship.

(6) Shall report the market trends and feedback to management regularly.

Desirables:

- Candidate must have Two Wheeler of their own.
- Excellent geographical knowledge of BATHINDA and surrounding areas
- Good communication (English and Hindi ), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- practice excellent grooming standards and business etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
