Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.
- Monitor distributor inventory levels and ensure adequate product availability.
- Implement trade promotions and schemes to drive sales and visibility.
- Ensure proper execution of marketing and display activities at retail outlets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential retail channels for expansion.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new product trends.
- Ensure timely order booking, delivery, and payment collection.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor retail coverage and merchandising standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update management on market performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 1–4 years of sales experience in Fashion.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of channel sales and distribution management
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
